This trimmer works well at cutting hair. It doesn't just pull the hair. It actually cuts the hairs cleanly!It is powered by a single AA battery. I am using a Duracell rechargeable battery and find that it works as well as an alkaline battery.The vacuum sucks hairs into the body of the trimmer so stray hairs don't fall all over the place. This makes clean up easy and controlled. just make sure to empty the filter compartment periodically.Included is a zippered soft travel and storage bag.---SUMMARY---This trimmer is an excellent value. It performs well and I am expecting many years of use. if you are concerned that it is not rechargeable don't be. An alkaline or rechargeable battery will provide several months of use, and having a user replaceable battery is actually a benefit. This is because the battery is easily replaceable and this trimmer will remain useful for as long as the blades can cut.

Bought this as a replacement for my previous Panasonic Trimmer that lasted 15 years. This is the best trimmer of its type on the market, and Best Buy had the best price for it that I could find.

Of all the ones that I have tried regardless of the price The Panasonic is in my option the best on the market. Very durable easy handling - powerful and gets the job done. I have a big problem with hair growing in my ear in which makes me feel uncomfortable in life. But this trimmer has made me comfortable in performance &a removing the hair.

This is quite similar to a version I purchased at Sharper Image some years ago, but is a bit better in overall design. Appears to be constructed of materials that could handle a normal drop, but nothing severe. The blades are good to get the job totally done, and not very loud during use. Good grip in the hands, and has a small drawstring bag for storage in a drawer. Easy to recommend to family and friends, and I would buy this product again should the need ever arise.

Works to perfection. Vaccuum ensures that the hairs are cleanly swept up. Highly recommended. Can’t imagine a better nose trimmer—particularly at this price point.

I picked this up recently and I’m very pleased on how well it works. My nose hair was out of control for a while now and I used to use the sideburn trimmer on my Braun to clean it up. This product make the job simple and neat. Also no pain.

Quickly removes hair in the nose, ears and even a few errant hairs on the face. Is quiet enough to do without waking up the kids, depending on the position of your bathroom. Cleanup was simple and the use of a AA instead of a proprietary battery was welcome. Good for travel with the case.

Unfortunately like anyone reading this review, I have a lot of nose and ear hair. After buying 4 other trimmers that did so/so, I have found the one. Works quick and leaves no hair behide. Finally a trimmer that does what it says it will.

This is the third Panasonic trimmer that I have owned over 15 years. This model is powerful without scraping the skin, it is easy to use, and easy to clean. It even vacuums up the hairs as it trims them. No cuts, scrapes, or ripping, or in-growns.

Nose hairs and ear hairs have always been an issue as I've gotten older. I bought this Panasonic trimmer based on the reviews. First of all, the reviews are correct - it doesn't pull the hair; it just cuts them cleanly. That said, it DOES tickle my nose, so I have to trim a little, rest a little, then trim a little more. Maybe my nose is just sensitive. But this little gem REALLY WORKS WELL!

Plain and simple. If you have a hairy nose, then this product is a no brainer. It’s cheap and gets the job done. So all my hairy nosed friends, it’s time for a trim! Buy THIS!!!!!

I have used different brands that are not as good. I really like Panasonic. I like that this product is water proof and is easily cleaned.

It was great when it was working. It stopped working after 5 months, used it about 4, 5 times. Got in touch with its customer service, needed to send it to them to evaluate and no prepaid shipping labels.
